These terms apply when you use littleislandershop.com or buy from Little Islander LLC ("Little Islander," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. Your order confirmation means we received your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a listing contains an error, and we will refund anything you paid for it.

Products and pricing

We work to show products, colors and prices accurately, but screens vary and mistakes can happen. Because most items are made to order, small differences in color and print placement are normal. Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change at any time. Applicable tax and shipping are shown at checkout. Promotional offers and discount codes follow the terms of each offer.

Returns and shipping

Personalized products

You are responsible for checking the text, spelling and images you submit, because we produce them as entered. You confirm that you have the right to use anything you submit, and you allow us and our production partners to use it to make your order. We may refuse content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes someone else's rights.

Our designs and content

All designs, artwork, photos, text and characters on this site, including Petey, belong to Little Islander or its licensors. Please do not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site, including by interfering with how it works, trying to access it without permission, or using it for anything unlawful.

Disclaimer

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can't be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Little Islander is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County or the Eastern District of New York, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here applies to orders placed after that date.
