Refund policy

Made-to-order items

Our apparel, baby and home pieces are made to order, just for you. Because each one is printed or produced after you order it, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds, unless we made a mistake. That includes ordering the wrong size or color, or changing your mind, so please check our size details and your order before checking out.

Petey books, plushies and gift sets

These are the exception. You may return a Petey book, plushie or gift set within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original condition. Email LittleIslanderShop@gmail.com first and we will send you return instructions. Return shipping is paid by you, and original shipping charges are not refunded. Once we receive and check the return, we will refund the price of the item.

When we will make it right

For any item, we will gladly replace it or refund it if it arrives:

  • Made incorrectly, such as the wrong print, size or personalization compared with your order
  • Damaged or defective
  • Different from what you ordered, such as the wrong item in your package

How to let us know

  1. Email LittleIslanderShop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a short description and a clear photo of the issue.
  3. We will review it and let you know what happens next. Please keep the item until we reply. If we ask you to send it back, we will cover the return shipping.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to post them.

What does not qualify

  • Personalization that matches what you entered, including any spelling you provided
  • Small differences in color or print placement, which can happen between screens and from one made-to-order piece to the next
  • Normal wear, or damage from washing or use after delivery

Cancellations and changes

Because production starts quickly, we can't promise a change or cancellation. If you need one, email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't gone into production, we will do our best to help.
